Practical Artificial Intelligence that fits your actual business

We build predictive models, automated data pipelines, and decision-support tools for companies that have real data but no data science team. Based in Manchester, working across the UK and Europe.

Where most companies get stuck with AI

You probably have more data than you think. The bottleneck is rarely the data itself. Here are the patterns we see when new clients reach out.

Predictions built on gut feeling

Sales forecasts, stock levels, churn estimates: your team makes these calls manually. The spreadsheet is three years old. Nobody trusts the numbers, so nobody uses them. We replace that spreadsheet with a model trained on your own transaction history, refreshed weekly.

Manual data entry eating hours

Someone on your operations team copies invoice data from PDFs into your ERP every morning. It takes two hours and the error rate hovers around 4%. Our document-extraction pipeline reads those PDFs, validates the fields, and pushes clean records straight into your system in under a minute.

No one to maintain a model after launch

A previous vendor built a prototype, presented a slide deck, then disappeared. The model drifted within six months. We include twelve months of monitoring and retraining in every engagement, with clear handover documentation if you later hire internally.

Unclear ROI before you commit

You want evidence that a project will pay for itself before signing a large contract. Our diagnostic phase lasts two weeks and costs a fixed fee. At the end you receive a written feasibility report with projected savings, so you can decide with numbers in front of you.

Four phases, no mystery

Every project follows this structure. Timelines vary, but the sequence doesn't.

1. Diagnostic (2 weeks)

We audit your existing data sources, interview the people who actually use them, and map the gap between what you have and what a model would need. The output is a feasibility document with cost estimates and expected accuracy ranges.

2. Prototype (4–6 weeks)

Using a representative sample of your data, we build a working model and a lightweight interface your team can test. This is not a demo on synthetic data; it runs on your records, behind your firewall if required.

3. Production deployment (3–5 weeks)

The validated model moves into your live environment. We handle integration with your existing databases, APIs, or cloud services. Monitoring dashboards go live at the same time, so you can see accuracy and latency from day one.

4. Ongoing support (12 months included)

Data changes. Customer behaviour shifts. Seasonal patterns appear. We retrain models on a schedule agreed during the diagnostic, and alert you if performance drops below the threshold we set together. After twelve months, you can renew, bring the work in-house, or walk away with full documentation.

What we actually build

Demand forecasting models

Time-series models trained on your sales, weather, promotional calendars, and supplier lead times. Output plugs directly into your inventory or procurement system. Typical accuracy improvement over Excel-based forecasts: 18–25 percentage points.

Document extraction pipelines

Invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, insurance claims. We combine OCR with a fine-tuned language model to read structured and semi-structured documents, validate extracted fields against your master data, and push clean records into your ERP or data warehouse.

Customer churn prediction

A classification model that scores each active customer on their likelihood of leaving within the next 90 days. Scores refresh daily. Your account managers receive a prioritised list every Monday morning with the top 20 accounts to contact.

Internal knowledge search

Your policies, procedures, and technical manuals indexed and searchable through a conversational interface. Staff type a question in plain English and get a sourced answer with a link to the original document. Runs on-premise or in your private cloud tenant.

Things clients ask before signing

The two-week diagnostic phase is a fixed fee of £4,500. Full build-and-deploy projects range from £18,000 to £75,000 depending on data complexity, the number of integrations, and whether the model needs real-time inference or batch processing. We quote after the diagnostic, never before.
No. We can work entirely within your own infrastructure. During the diagnostic we agree on the data access approach: VPN into your network, a secure cloud bucket you control, or a sanitised sample exported manually. Sensitive fields can be hashed or masked before we ever see them.
Every deployment includes automated drift detection. When accuracy falls below the agreed threshold, our monitoring system triggers an alert and a retraining job. During the twelve-month support window, retraining is included at no extra charge. We also document the retraining procedure so your team can run it independently later.
We have delivered projects on AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as fully on-premise setups running PostgreSQL or SQL Server. If your stack is unusual, we will tell you during the diagnostic whether it is feasible or whether a small infrastructure change would be needed.
Six to eight weeks from the start of the diagnostic. The diagnostic itself takes two weeks; the prototype phase adds another four to six. You will have a working model running on your own data at the end of that period, with measurable accuracy metrics you can evaluate internally.
